Your account balance must be paid in full in order to begin any of these plans. Credit approval is necessary to begin all plans.
Automatic delivery is required.
The Delivery Plans are meant only for the delivery site identified by Fritch, Inc. as the location needing the fuel to generate heat. These gallons may not be resold, transported, or used in any other way or at any other location.
To qualify for any of our plans the customer must purchase all their fuel during the program dates from Fritch, Inc. and must remain on automatic delivery during the program dates.
All of the plans under these programs are limited to gallons delivered during the program dates inclusively. Gallons may not be carried over to the following season.
Fritch, Inc. must receive payment in full for any Pre-Pay Plan gallons when you sign for the program. Commercial customers must add 6% State Sales Tax.
No refunds will be made on the Pre-Pay Plan after purchase regardless of changes in the retail fuel oil prices. As of May 21, 2011 any remaining gallons will be converted back to dollars and will show as a credit on your account. Credit can be used for future purchases.
The price for the Pre-Pay Plan is a pre-established price that will not fluctuate up or down. The number of gallons you buy under the Pre-Pay Plan or under the Combination Plan is determined by you (subject to the 300-gallon minimum). Fritch, Inc. does not guarantee in any way that the number of gallons shown in our estimate will satisfy your entire fuel oil requirement for all of the next year.
Customers enrolling in the Pre-Pay and Fixed-Price programs must remain on that plan for the entire heating season and cannot change plans mid-season. Pre-Pay and Fixed-Price programs are subject to an early cancellation fee of $500.00 if customer terminates auto delivery or pricing agreement before the expiration date of the program.
Fritch, Inc. has estimated the fuel requirements of our customers that take advantage of the Fixed-Price Budget Plan in bulk. Fritch purchases fuel oil in bulk for the Fixed-Price Budget Plan. If Fritch, Inc. uses up all the fuel oil it purchased for this plan, then any deliveries, after Fritch’s bulk reserve is used up, will be delivered and charged at market price.
Under the Pre-Pay, Fixed-Price Budget, and Combination Plans, when the customer runs out of Pre-Pay Gallons and/or the bulk amount purchased for Fixed-Price Budget Gallons, Fritch, Inc. will automatically deliver the additional fuel required and bill the customer at market price.
Fixed-Price Budget Plan and Budget Plan payments are due by the tenth (10th) of each month. The Budget Plan covers only fuel oil purchases and the purchase of a Fritch Service Agreement. If Budget Plan payments are not received by the tenth (10th) of the month, or if other charges are not paid when due, you will not be eligible for your monthly prompt-payment discount and Fritch, Inc. may cancel your Budget Plan without prior notice.
Fritch, Inc. may increase or decrease your monthly budget payment amount if it appears the quantity of fuel you will require is higher or lower than our original estimate. If we adjust your payment amount, remaining payments must be made at the new payment amount when due to maintain other benefits and protections.
In the event any products or services provided by Fritch, Inc. are taxable currently or retroactively, the customer agrees to pay all applicable taxes, assessments, or levies.
In the event you, the customer, should fail to keep your account current, Fritch, Inc. reserves the right, but is not obligated, to terminate your participation in any or all of the Plans described herein, re-bill you for all products or services at Fritch’s prevailing rates at the time such products and services were rendered, deducting such charges from any payments made by you in advance, and receive from you any deficiency including all costs of collection which shall include attorneys’ fees and court costs.
These plans and all transactions with Fritch, Inc. shall be governed by all and construed in accordance with Pennsylvania law.
By filling out and signing the registration form and returning it to Fritch, Inc., the customer agrees to all terms and conditions listed here.
All deliveries are subject to a 150-gallon minimum.
Automatic delivery continues at market price when plans end unless notified by customer to discontinue automatic delivery.
Offer good while supplies last (subject to availability).
