Fritch’s Standard Comfort Plan protects your air conditioning system from most breakdowns and includes labor and parts replacement for the items listed below as well as our Annual Tune-Up (twice a year for heat pumps). By purchasing our Standard Comfort Plan you’ll receive Priority Service and also qualify for $50 in Fritch Funds.
Fritch is one of the few companies in the area to offer round-the-clock emergency AC service. 24-Hour Emergency Service is available for dangerous situations only. All non-emergency service will be provided during Fritch’s normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). All non-emergency service requested after normal business hours will be billed at a higher rate than service performed during normal business hours.
Our Standard Comfort Plan includes:
Annual Tune-Up
Your Annual Tune-Up will be performed once during the term of your Standard Comfort Plan (heat pump will receive a second tune-up during the plan term) as scheduled by our service department. Annual Tune-Up includes (where applicable):
Adjust belts if necessary.
Check your air filter and replace if necessary (standard 1").
Clean lint and debris from condensers.
Examine and calibrate refrigerant controls.
Examine and calibrate temperature controls.
Inspect safety controls.
Lubricate and inspect all motors.
Prepare the system for summer/winter operation.
Refrigerant ports will be checked for leaks (refrigerant not included).
Verify and adjust operating pressures.
Verify proper amperage and voltage for compressor, evaporator, and condenser motors.
Fritch Funds
It is Fritch’s goal to reward our loyal service plan customers. For each consecutive year you purchase a Standard Comfort Plan or Ultimate Comfort Plan, you’ll earn $50 in Fritch Funds (up to a maximum of $500 per plan), which can then be used toward the purchase of heating and cooling equipment. The following numbers represent how much you may use toward the purchase of equipment from Fritch:

Fritch Funds are not transferable to other homeowners. Fritch Funds may not be transferred from one comfort plan to another. Fritch Funds have value only as credit toward the purchase of equipment from Fritch.
